Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Crossed website at crossed.cloud and its waitlist (the “Site”), operated by EDOMİS (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site and the app
This Site is the landing page for Crossed, a privacy-first social memory app. Crossed is available on Google Play; the iOS version is scheduled for September 1, 2026. The Site provides information about Crossed, links to its store listings, and lets you join the iOS waitlist. The Crossed app itself is a separate product, governed by its own terms and privacy policy — these Terms cover the Site and the waitlist only.
2. Waitlist
- Joining the waitlist means you would like to be notified about the Crossed iOS launch. It does not create any account, guarantee access, priority, pricing, features, or a specific launch date.
- You agree to provide an email address that is yours and that you are entitled to use.
- We may change, delay, or discontinue the waitlist or the planned iOS launch at any time.
- How we handle your waitlist email is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age required by the laws that apply to you. The Site and Crossed are not directed to children under the age required by local law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you will not: submit false, automated, or bulk waitlist entries; attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape or harvest data; or use the Site in violation of any applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Crossed name, logo, text, graphics, and design — are owned by EDOMİS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Crossed” and the Crossed logo are trademarks of EDOMİS. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
6. Third-party services
The Site relies on third parties to operate — Vercel (hosting) and Resend (waitlist email). Fonts are served from this site itself, so no third party sees your visit for typography. Your use of the Site may be subject to those providers’ terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Crossed is not a dating, live-tracking, or surveillance product; it does not reveal precise locations or real-time movements.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDOMİS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
